Another Amazing Story; Manifesting the Right Financial Investor!

I was speaking with my new financial investor yesterday. We chuckled about how our paths crossed; another amazing story of manifesting. I was surprised to hear him say, “Stephanie I definitely believe we can actualize our thoughts”, because he is reserved, seems conservative, and predominantly a left brain thinker.

We spoke further about my extraordinary experiences and how there seems to be some unexplainable correlation for me, between speaking thoughts out loud and having them come to fruition. It is now a daily ritual, and our family’s way of saying Grace, to voice gratitude, wishes and prayers, before our evening meal. I ask for specific guidance, about everything, including finding the right professional resources, and in this case a new financial investor.

Years ago, after my father died I inherited some money that I wanted to invest for my childrens college funds and for retirement. Financial planning and investing is most definitely not an area of expertise, and up until this point in time, there was no need, because my savings were nominal. I called my uncle for advice and he recommended I speak with his investor. He thought she was financially savvy, level headed, and personable. My cousin was also working with her. I called and felt at ease, which was a good sign. She respected my cautiousness in regard to how and where the money was invested. My father had “stock market mania” charting and trading, gambling and loosing, and as a result I developed an adversity to “playing the market”. I rarely spoke with this investor, maybe twice a year, unless I called to check in or confer about newly accrued income. My portfolio grew nicely…slowly and surely. But as the years passed, nearly twenty years, I began to wonder. What about diversifying, and reinvesting in some short term secured investments? The interest rate dropped so low, and a good portion was sitting idle in a money market. Why is her assistant more proactive and informative? Had her commitment to individual clients become insignificant because her priorities were now with corporate clients?

“It’s time to go elsewhere, I thought. But where do I go? I don’t know the first thing about finding another investor”. I prayed something like this. “Dear God hear my prayers. I know you will. You always do. Please help me find a new financial investor. Lead me to someone who is local, someone whom I can speak to on a regular basis. Help me find an investor who will take a personal interest in helping me financially, so I can best provide for myself and my children.”

One Saturday evening not long after this prayer, I went ballroom dancing. I am a member of a wonderful dance club that has been in existence for sixty five years. Often I chat while I am dancing, catching up and this night I said to my partner, “You know I have danced with you for years. You’ve told me a lot about your travels, but I don’t know what type of work you do. What line of work are you in”? “Oh, I am a financial investor. I work with another agent locally managing and investing financial portfolios” he answered…
